My name is Cristin Shepherd, I am a Georgia native, and graduate of Georgia Southern University having earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. After 14 years in the Accounting/Finance industry I am now a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORs.

Real Estate transactions are extremely personal, that's why I treat all of my clients like family. I try to achieve the best outcome with every transaction, and try to make the process as smooth as possible. I value the trust my clients place in me, and strive to exceed their expectations.

When I am not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, reading, and volunteering.
